Come and visit the pretty village of Belesta where there is something to do all year round. You can also SKI nearby in the winter months at picturesque Mont D'Olmes.

It is such a beautiful area with mountains and forests and little villages to explore. The wonderful scenery changes with the seasons so we are open for visitors all the year round. We are ideally situated for walking, skiing, fishing ,house hunting or just having a well earned rest! There is so much to see, and you  will enjoy the break from the pressures of work and home. Just a few ideas would be, a visit to Andorra for your duty free shopping. A trip to the medieval city of Mirepoix with its lovely architecture (make sure you take your camera). A picnic at the lovely Lac Montbel, an un spoilt area of natural beauty. Visit Foix and Limoux the list is endless! If you don't want to go too far, there are many different walks around our village of Belesta too.

Our house is near the centre of Belesta and has a pretty garden which is rather unusual for a French town house. We want to make sure that your short or long stay is as peaceful and restful as possible, breakfast and evening meals are often served in the garden and it usually possible to sit outside until late in the evening.

We are easily accessed from Carcassonne airport, (45 mins by car) and there are two flights a day with Ryan air.

On the first floor we have a shower room with a w/c, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with double bed settee as well. On the second floor we haveanother shower room with w/c, a twin room and another bedroom with 3 single beds in it. All bedrooms have tea making facilities and hair driers and some have tv too. We request that smoking is limited to the garden area for comfort of all guests.

In the summer breakfast is usually served in the garden , and we have a baker a couple of doors away so your croissants will still be warm! We can do evening meals or picnics (by prior arrangement) as our aim is make your stay with us as restful and enjoyable as possible in this largely un spoilt peaceful area. We can arrange airport pick-up if required from Carcassonne, but for longer breaks a car is needed to explore this beautiful area.

Evening meals available, three courses and your wine for just 18 euros each, select your favourite from: Salad or soup to start, then beef, pork, salmon or chicken,  all with vegetables and then a lovely dessert
